Representative of the Hessen Office in Vietnam:<\/strong> Dr. B\u00f9i C\u00f4ng Th\u1ecd \u2013 Head of Office, and colleagues<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Representatives of the authorities of A L\u01b0\u1edbi 1 and A L\u01b0\u1edbi 4 Communes (Hu\u1ebf City)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Representatives of the authorities of Kim Ng\u00e2n Commune (Qu\u1ea3ng Tr\u1ecb Province)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Teachers and students of Hong Th\u1ee7y Primary & Lower Secondary School (A L\u01b0\u1edbi 1), A Ro\u00e0ng Primary & Lower Secondary School (A L\u01b0\u1edbi 4), and Kim Th\u1ee7y No. 2 Primary & Lower Secondary School (Qu\u1ea3ng Tr\u1ecb Province)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Representative of HUE-FOSDA:<\/strong> Mr. V\u00f5 V\u0103n D\u1ef1 \u2013 Chairman, and colleagues<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Dr. B\u00f9i C\u00f4ng Th\u1ecd and Mr. V\u00f5 V\u0103n D\u1ef1 (Chairman of HUE-FOSDA), together with delegates, teachers, and students, took commemorative photos beside the Nano technology water filtration unit.<\/p>\n Speaking at the handover of the water filtration units to the schools, Dr. B\u00f9i C\u00f4ng Th\u1ecd emphasized the practical significance of the PAUL device in improving drinking water quality in schools, contributing to the protection of students\u2019 and communities\u2019 health in the context of many localities still facing challenges in accessing clean water.<\/p>\n Dr. B\u00f9i C\u00f4ng Th\u1ecd delivered remarks and introduced the PAUL water filtration system.<\/p>\n The PAUL (Portable Aqua Unit for Lifesaving) instant drinking water filtration system offers several outstanding advantages:<\/p>\n No chemicals required<\/p>\n<\/li>\n No electricity needed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n No need for specialized operators<\/p>\n<\/li>\n No filter replacement required during its 10-year operational lifespan<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Utilizes multi-layer nano membrane technology that effectively removes bacteria, impurities, and contaminants, ensuring that the output water meets direct drinking standards<\/p>\n<\/li>\n No wastewater generated, maximizing the use of available water sources<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Each unit can filter approximately 1,300 liters of water per day<\/strong>. With an average consumption rate of 2 liters per person per day, one device can provide safe drinking water for both students and teachers at the school (each school has an average of about 420 individuals). In addition to serving the school\u2019s students and staff, the device can also supply clean drinking water to nearby schools and local households in surrounding villages.<\/p>\n Beyond the water filtration units, the Hessen Office also provided 2,000,000 VND<\/strong> to each school to support improvements to the area around the filtration unit, helping create a more comfortable and airy space for students and teachers to rest after study and teaching sessions.<\/p>\n HUE-FOSDA is honored to collaborate with the Hessen Office and local authorities in implementing this meaningful initiative.
